The start date is 6/2/25 Coverage is cath lab/EP and possible structural heart, LAAO, TAVR, TEER.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

-M-F coverage 7:30 5:00 no call needed at this time

-Setting: Cath Lab

-FTE: 1

-Duties: cardiac anesthesia for cath lab

-Required Procedures: TEE and central lines

-EMR: Cerner

-Reason for Coverage: provide anesthesia for cardiac catheterization lab, EP procedures

-Credentialing Information: Timeframe: Immediate

-Requirements: AZ License and Cardiac experience

Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:

-Admissions per day – Patients/day – 15-20 total cases in cath lab

-Types of cases – EP Structural Heat, LAAO, i=High risk PCI

REQUIREMENTS

-Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
-AZ license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
-Anesthesia Residency Requirements - Required
-Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship - Preferred
-Clean Malpractice - Required
-ACLS, BLS, DEA - Required
