Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: On call including weekends and holidays.
0600-1400 x 3
0600-0600 OB
OB not required but a PLUS
Work Details:
· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric, neonatal
· provider must be 90+ miles from facility
· Providers Requested: 3
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Paper Charting
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex vascular, complex ortho, vent management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, arterial line placement
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: No
· License required: Active AL License Only
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BNDD
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
