Anesthesiologist Needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 days of coverage needed in July
Schedule: 7a-7p
Work details:
• Support Staff: CRNAs
• Patients per day: 50-60
• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, Cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
