Anesthesiologist Needed in Arizona:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a; Call every 4th night
Work details:
- Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
- EMR System: Medaxion
- No Call backs, no OB, no trauma

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
