Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRNA to provide locum services in Flagstaff, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an CRNA who is looking for flexible scheduling, supplement work, and/or a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed beginning September and will be for 5 months ongoing.

✅ Setting: Acute care hospital
✅ Shifts: 5x8 - start/end times are flexible
✅ No call
✅ Cases: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, endo
✅ Credentialing timeframe: 30 days

Requirements:
📌 Board-Certified
📌 Active AZ license - willing to license (we will help you!)
