Anesthesiologist need in Arizona!!!

Job description

Seeking an Anesthesia provider to fill a critical need at an outpatient surgery center in Arizona requiring coverage starting ASAP!

Number of Providers Needed:
1 Anesthesiologist or
1 CRNA

Start Date:
Immediate, ongoing

Duration:
3 to 6 months

Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Guaranteed 8 hours per shift, with overtime after 8 hours
Flexibility on which 3 days per week
Client open to part-time options (1 or 2 weeks per month, or 1 or 2 days per week)
No call requirement

Case Types:
General Surgery, GI, ENT

Patient Demographics:
General Surgery & GI: Adults (18+)
ENT: Peds & Adults (18 months+)

Staffing Model:
Solo/independent anesthesia provider—CRNA or anesthesiologist will be the only provider onsite working alongside 2 surgeons

Experience:
New grads acceptable; CRNA must have at least 1 year of experience

Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Paper charting

Licensing:
Active Arizona license preferred, but a provider with an IMLC or compact license will be accepted

Credentialing:
Timeframe: Within 60 days

Compensation:
$350/hour + travel & lodging
Reimbursement for flights, rental cars, lodging, or mileage and lodging options

We will cover your medical malpractice!
