CRNA Locum Opportunity | Level 1 Trauma | No Call | Connecticut

Job description

Take on a dynamic role at one of the most advanced academic medical centers in the Northeast. This long-term CRNA locum contract offers the opportunity to practice at a Level I Trauma Center with a wide range of high-acuity cases, excellent clinical support, and a structured care team model.

This is a no-call, full-time assignment with flexible scheduling, ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking a high-volume environment without night or weekend call responsibilities.

Position Highlights:
- Metro Connecticut
- Shift Types Available: 5x8, 4x10, or 3x12 shifts
- Providers must be willing to work any combination of shifts — set schedules cannot be guaranteed

Schedule Requirement:
-Must work a minimum of 3 days per week to be considered full-time
- Must be open to working any day of the week, including Fridays
- Willingness to pick up additional shifts/weekends strongly preferred
- Call: None

Key Details:
- Support Staff: Anesthesiologist on-site
- Patient Volume: 10–12 cases/day
- EMR: EPIC
- Setting: Academic hospital | Level I Trauma Center

Case Types & Clinical Requirements:
CRNAs must be experienced and confident in managing high-acuity cases across all of the following:
General, Ortho, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Gastro, Urologic, GYN, Ophthalmologic, ENT, Healthy Pediatrics

Provider Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a CRNA
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
- Licensure: Open to candidates needing CT licensure
- DEA: Required
