Location: Englewood, FL

Start: August/September

13-week assignment with the option to extend

· Duration: Ongoing Coverage

· Practice Setting: Hospital

· Schedule: Weekdays 7A-5P, nights and weekends are unrestricted call.

· Daily Patient Volume: 12

· Support Staff: 3 physician model, 1 physician on beeper call nights/weekends

· EMR: Medaxion

· Case Types: Physicians have to work their own cases

Requirements:

· Current State Medical License - Florida

· Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC or Board Eligible with experience

· DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes
