M-F, 4x10s, will consider 3x12s;
Call options
supervision ratio: Generally, medical supervision (1:4). Medical supervision with occasional medical direction

General, spine, endo, ortho, OB

LOQ IMLC candidates will be considered

travel and Lodging supplied

Med Mal supplied Claims based w/ a tail

Looking for 3-6 months w/ an option to extend

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
