Schedule: 2–3 Full Days per Month (Primarily Fridays and/or Saturdays – Flexible)

About the Opportunity

Join a Florida-licensed, physician-owned interventional pain practice focused on spine and joint injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and workers' compensation claims. We are seeking an Anesthesiology-trained Pain Management Physician to work 2–3 days per month as an independent contractor.

No insurance contracts. No Medicare/Medicaid participation. No corporate or private equity oversight.
Just medicine — on your terms.

Key Responsibilities

See 20–25 patients per day for evaluations and procedures.
Perform spine and large joint injections (ESIs, medial branch blocks, RFA, SI joint, annuloplasty).
Supervise a CRNA during sedation procedures.
Work in both clinic and AHCA-licensed Level II ASC.
Use full imaging suite (C-Arm fluoroscopy, digital X-ray).
Supported by MAs, admin staff, and rad tech.
Optional but Valued Experience

Kyphoplasty
Minimally invasive discectomy
SI joint fusion
PRP/stem cell therapy
Therapeutic Botox
Candidate Requirements

MD/DO with Anesthesiology training
Active Florida medical license (required)
Experience with trauma/personal injury/worker’s comp patients
Must carry own malpractice insurance
Lives within 2 hours of Tallahassee or flies direct to TLH (from ATL, CLT, MIA, DFW, DCA, BHM, LGA, GSP)
Board certification preferred (not required)
