Worksite Location: Monroe, GA
Dates needed: October 13-17
Reason for Opening: Vacation
Schedule/Shift times: Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Call required? No call
Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): All ages
Types of cases/Specialty mix: *Blocks, OB & Epidurals are required*
Head/Hearts? No
Anesthesia Model:
Medical Direction: Need to be comfortable doing their own cases
Type of charting (EMR, paper): Epic
Credentialing timeframe: TBD - seeing if we can get provider in for July dates
Hourly Pay: $325/hr+T&L
Travel & Lodging: Flights, Hotel, Rental Car & Mileage paid for
