Clinical Details: 
Surgery Center
General orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures
Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks
Collaborative Team Model: 1 MD + 3 CRNAs
EMR: Medaxion
