HIGH PAYING Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Indiana at growing facility!

Need active IN license or IMLC license

Schedule:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed, ideally September
End Date: Ongoing
40 hours per week (specific schedule to be confirmed)
Call: Potential, not immediate

Credentialing Timeline:
Temporary Privileges: approximately 60 days
Full Privileges: approximately 90 days

Case Load: Varies daily

Patient Age Range: All ages; fellowship not required

EMR System: Cerner

Certifications Required:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
BLS, ACLS
Must have DEA
CSR: Yes

Compensation:
HRLY Pay General: $340
HRLY Pay Peds:$400
HRLY Pay Card: $400
Travel (if applicable): Per Diem
