-Any supervision? MDs onsite - little to no supervision
-Type of cases required: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO
-Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
-Epidural and regional blocks skills required
-Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
-Number of providers during the day: Each site: 1 MD/ 1 CRNA
-Number of OR’s: 3
-EMR: EPIC
-Certifications: ACLS?(required to be through AHA), PALS, BLS
-CRNA's work independently
-Credentialing timeline: At least 120 days
