We just opened a high-paying anesthesiologist locum opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA – starting Jan–March 2026. This is an exclusive Aya job with a quick offer turnaround, light call, and no CRNA supervision – very easy, bread-and-butter cases and a great setup for providers looking for volume and predictability.


📍 Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
🏥Facility: Acute Care Hospital
📅Start Date: Jan – March 2026 (flexible within this range)
📋Contract Length: Ongoing
💰Rate: $360/hr – $380/hr
🕐Schedule: 5x8s only | ~40 hours/week guaranteed
📞Call: 3p–7a, light volume, shared among all providers (DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE CALL)
💻EMR: EPIC
🛏️Supervision: None – MDs do their own cases
⚕️Case Mix: Bread-and-butter | Low acuity | Easy caseload
🔐Privileging: Fast – ~6 weeks
