Start Timeline: 30-day credentialing process
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday only — No weekends or call
Setting: Outpatient Surgery Center

About the Role:
We’re seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and high-performing team in a PRN capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented outpatient setting and is looking for a flexible schedule with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Covering 1–2 ORs from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-Performing 8–10 cases per 8-hour shift
-Case types include ENT (including pediatric ENT), cataracts, cosmetic face/body procedures, and uterine surgery
-Providing care for healthy pediatric patients — pediatric experience required

Working within a collaborative model:
-1 MD onsite Monday through Friday
-1 CRNA onsite Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
-MDs perform their own cases and supervise CRNAs when present

Candidate Requirements:
-Board Certified in Anesthesiology
-Active Maryland medical license (or willingness to obtain)
-Active DEA license
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
-Pediatric ENT experience is a must

-Ambulatory Surgery Center affiliated with a hospital system
-Well-supported clinical and administrative teams
-Smooth workflow and a predictable case volume
