Job description

Schedule: M-F, 7am-3:30pm
Setting: Level 3 Trauma
Model: Care Team 1:3

Required Procedures: General Surgical Cases, Minor Nerve Blocks, Intravenous Regional anesthesia, Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart), Complex Orthopedic Cases, Complex Vascular Cases (Except Open Heart), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, and Neurosurgical Cases.

EMR: Paper charting
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
Requirements: Board certification + active MA license + Covid vaccination

*Coverage for travel + lodging + malpractice with tail
