• Start Date: September 2025
• Shift Schedule: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Full-Time Need
• Weekly Call Rotation: Call starts at 3:00pm and goes to 7:00am
• Weekend Call Rotation: One Weekend Open every Rotation
• Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
• Case Types: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO
• Epidural and regional blocks skills required
• Case Logs Required (Proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks)
• EMR: EPIC
• Must be Board Certified
• ACLS, BLS, & PALS Required
• Active IN License Required
