"Allina Health is a nonprofit, multi-state health system that serves 12 hospital campuses, over 60 outpatient clinics, and over 100 specialty sites across communities of Minnesota and Wisconsin. They are recruiting a Chief/Director of Anesthesia who will ensure the quality, safety, and optimization of anesthesia care within the hospital system and surgery centers. There are on-call responsibilities for clinical anesthesia duties and emergency Sign up or sign in for contact information & Role Responsibilities:o Flexible Admin/Clinical split - at least some clinical service preferredo Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving the quality of anesthesia care throughout the organization in both the acute care settings and surgery centerso Oversee and standardize anesthesiologist and CRNA practices across the organization ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
