🕐 Schedule: 5x8s only | ~40 hours/week guaranteed
📞 Call: 3p–7a, light volume, shared among all providers (DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE CALL)
💻 EMR: EPIC
🛏️ Supervision: None – MDs do their own cases
⚕️ Case Mix: Bread-and-butter | Low acuity | Easy caseload
🔐 Privileging: Fast – ~6 weeks
