End Date: Ongoing
Work Schedule:
✔ 1 week per month (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM)
✔ Option to extend for more weeks/month or full-time
Cases: General
Anesthesia Model: MD supervised
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
$325 + T&L
