Facility in Dubois, PA seeking Cardiac Anesthesiology locums coverage Rates: $450/hr Position Details Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital (228 beds) Start Date: May 16, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Night call: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM (weekdays) 24-hour call on weekends Coverage Dates Needed: May 16–19 May 25–June 8 June 22–29 EMR: GE Centricity (outpatient), Cerner (inpatient) Responsibilities Provide cardiac anesthesia coverage for a range of procedures, including: Cardiac surgery, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), valve replacement Thoracic and vascular surgery Endovascular and cath lab procedures Average 120 pump cases per year Collaborate with 6 cardiologists, 1 cardiothoracic vascular surgeon, 1 thoracic surgeon, and CRNAs Requirements Board Certification: Required (Anesthesiology – Cardiac) Fellowship: Cardiac fellowship preferred License: Pennsylvania required (IMLC considered in limited cases) Certifications: TEE certification required, DEA required Experience: 1–2 years preferred Credentialing: Temps: 2–3 weeks (clean background required) Full privileges: 60–90 days
