Schedule: 4x10s Mon-Thurs
Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNA at each location.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Monday through Thurs
• Patient population/age: adult and geri
• Department description: Anesthesiology
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: Bread and Butter General Anesthesia;, plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, neuro and thoracic. No head, no hearts, no OB.
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: Yes, State of PA due to quick start
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 Years
Credentialing Timeframe: Temps can be issued in 1-2 weeks for CLEAN FILES. Otherwise, can take 60-90 days for full privs.

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
