🔹 Assignment Overview:
📍 Location: Tennessee (major medical center)
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
📆 Duration: 6 months (likely to extend)
📜 Licensing: NC license required
💼 Board Status: BE or BC
💰 Pay Rate: Highly competitive

🔹 Clinical Details:
🏥 Volume:
• 10–15 CV cases/day
• 3,500–4,000 general cases/month
📈 Case Mix: OB, trauma, stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
💉 Skills Required: Peripheral nerve blocks
📅 Shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s – no call
👥 Staffing: 1 MD:3–4 CRNA ratio + anesthesia tech support
🖥 EMR: Cerner & AIMS
🔧 Special Procedures: General, Ortho, Endo, Urology, GYN, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, minimal Peds
❌ Not Included: No craniotomies or transplants; dedicated trauma & cardiac teams
