Duration: 12 weeks (with potential extension 

Rate: $325-335/hr. 

Schedule 

Standard: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
On-Call: Weeknight & weekend pager call required
Overtime: Not expected
Setting & Scope

General, Pediatrics, Endoscopy, Cataracts
MDs, perform own cases (no CRNA supervision) 
2 anesthesia rooms 

Licensing:

State license required (willing to license if needed)
Board certification not required

Requirements: 
DEA & CSR 
Must be able to take in-house and pager call
Estimated credentialing 90 days
