• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Call is 3:00 pm – 7:00 am, 24-Hour Weekend Call
• Case Mix- PEDS: All healthy, specific procedures on <2 year olds
• MDs must perform Epidurals
• Procedures Include: General Surgery, Endo, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics (including totals)
• No Hearts or Neuro cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Must be Board Certified
• Active WV License (Will consider providers that are in process of a WV license)
