📍 Location: Charleston, WV
📅 Start Date: As soon as credentialed
📆 Contract Length: 6–12 months
🕒 Schedule: 7:00 AM start until daily case completion (mix of 8s & 10s); possible call coverage needed but not guaranteed

Level 1 Trauma Center Exposure – Work across three dynamic facilities including OB and Peds-focused units

Team-Based Model – Collaborative care alongside Anesthesia MDs and CRNAs, with 4:1 supervision

Flexible Licensing Options – Willing to license qualified candidates; temp license options available

Position Details
Coverage Needed: 4 full-time providers

Daily Census: Varies by location and surgical volume

Patient Population: All ages, including obstetrics and pediatrics

Support Staff: Full team of Anesthesia MDs & CRNAs

Special Procedures: Full spectrum including OB, epidurals (performed individually), trauma, kidney transplants

Call: Possible but not guaranteed

Board Certification: Required

State License: WV – will license if eligible for temp

DEA: Required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Experience: No minimum required, but OB and peds comfort strongly preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
