Job description

Call Coverage: Required (Weekdays 3:00PM-7:00AM, plus 24-hour weekend call)
Pay Rate: $325/hr. to $340/hr.

Call Pay: 
24-hour call: $800/day
Night call $600/shift
Call Back $485/hr. 

Requirements:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active West Virginia license (or at least in process at time of submission) 
DEA and CSR
