We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time at our offices in Port St. Lucie and Palm City, FL. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team with plenty of shopping and outdoor activities year-round. We have 2 offices, and the incoming provider will be splitting coverage between both locations.

We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in our Primary care practice along with our fantastic team. A huge plus if the incoming candidate has experience with joint injections and MSK/Orthopedics as our patient population does have those clinical needs, but we can provide training if needed in those areas.

Duties:
• Patient Consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
• Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/bloodwork and additional labs as needed
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, and lifestyle changes
• Treatments to include joint and trigger point injections as needed for MSK/Ortho disorders
• Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient’s progress
• Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• PA/NP License in FL
• Joint injection and trigger point injection experience preferred but we can train the right candidate

Schedule:
• Full time

Compensation (range):
• up to $130k+ per year (DOE)
