Practice Setting
Clinical outpatient primary care and occupational health

Stable, supportive team on-site

Virtual interview process for ease of onboarding

Focus on preventative care and routine health

📅 Schedule Details
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Guaranteed 32 hours/week

12-week assignment

No weekends, nights, or on-call

🩺 Cases & Procedures
Family medicine and wellness visits

Occ health exams and standard procedures

Preventative and routine care only

✅ Requirements
Active Oklahoma NP license

DEA and DOT certified

Must be board certified in Family Practice

✈️ Travel & Logistics
Mileage reimbursed

No lodging or airfare billed
