Locum Family Medicine NP/PA need in Elmira, OR

Top Hourly Rate + All Travel Expenses

1 month contract right off the back.

Start: 4/21

End: 5/23

Credentialing: 30 days

Schedule: 4 10hr days. Friday is admin time of 4 hours, total 40 hours/wk

Patient Volume: 10-15 ppd

Procedures: Bread & butter Family Practice- cold, cough, flu, wellness checks. Simple procedures- suturing/wound management. No on site x-ray.

EMR: Athena Health

License: OR

Certifications: BLS, DEA

Additional Info: This is a one month assignment, please set expectation with providers there will likely be no option to extend.
Full support staff- MA, front office staff, on-site BH and community health worker.
