About the clinician's workday
This NP/PA role offers a flexible schedule of 3640 hours per week (typically 8 AM5 PM) with occasional weekend availability. Credentialing takes 12 weeks. The position includes phone call coverage three times per week from 5 PM8 AM, including nursing staff support from 59 PM. Providers see 68 adult patients daily, with detox and residential appointments ranging from 1530 minutes. The team includes five providers and nursing staff, using the Lightning Step EMR (training provided). The role involves prescribing suboxone and mirtazapine, but not methadone.
