Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for coverage with Pinon Health Center in Pinon, AZ
- Clinic located roughly 2.5 hours northeast of Flagstaff, AZ (rural/remote area, but very pretty!)
- Contract length: March 24 – June 30
o Credentialing without I.H.S. experience: 4-5 weeks
o Credentialing WITH I.H.S. experience: 2-3 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Roughly 12-15 patients per day
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Any state license is accepted
