• Start Date: July 2025
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) – No Call/Weekends
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Patients/Day: ~18/day
• EMR: Epic
• Must be Board Certified
• BLS Required
• DEA Required
• Active CA License
• 3+ Years of Experience in similar outpatient/rural setting
• PA: Must have CA Controlled Substance Education Certificate
• NP: Must have Furnishing License (with Schedule II authority)
