Specialty: Primary Care
Start Date: as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-8p, 8a-10p, or 8a-5p
Schedule: 4 day work week M-F. No preference on days. Or 5 days if working 8a-5p.
*Will take multiple part time providers to fulfill full time schedule
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time. Will take multiple part time to fill full time schedule
· Patients per day: average 20-24 depending on shift length
· Patient population/age: all ages.
· EMR: AllScripts
· Practice Description: Practice fosters a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development. 1/2 a day set aside for admin time/charting. Bilingual providers are a huge plus!
· Reason for coverage- Practice Expansion
Practice Setting:
· Clinic/Private Practice
Requirements:
· Board Certification: IM or FP
· License required: CA
· DEA: yes
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
· Minimum experience required: New grads welcome. Practice fosters a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development.
Credentialing Timeframe: Licensed providers 30-60 days, depends on how quickly the provider can complete
Orientation- Virtual

• 12 or 10 hour shifts available
