Job description

We are seeking an experienced home health APP to provide locum services in several counties across California (see list below). They are willing to consider family practice, primary care, and urgent care backgrounds. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who is looking for flexible scheduling, supplement work, and/or a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed starting in asap and will be for 3 months ongoing.

✅ Setting: Home health
✅ Shifts: Flexible schedule - Monday through Sunday, 40 hrs/week (open to part time too)
✅ Average visits per day: 6-9 visits
✅ Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 weeks
