NP/PA much needed in Muskegon, MI for primary care locum assignment

Job description

• MI License, CSR and DEA
• Will need to be collaborating physician to 2 NP/Pas
• FQHC
• Starting ASAP – 2 week credentialing
• 3-6 month assignment
• Monday-Friday 8-5 seeing about 12-15 patients per day - highest would be 23 PPD
• Allscripts EMR
• Travel and Lodging Covered
• BLS and DEA Required
• Must be able to see all ages
• Must be able to provide references within the last 18 months for Outpatient PC
• Rate- 70-80hr

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Outpatient PC- 12 to 15 patients per day
• 2 week credentialing- ASAP start for 3-6 month assignment
• Travel and lodging covered
