• Patient Population: Male Youth Juveniles
• Job Responsibilities:
o Assess patients
o Order and interpret lab tests
o Diagnose and treat illnesses
o Collaborate with a physician per written protocols
o Perform other duties as needed for patient care
• Must be Registered as a Family Practice Practitioner in NY
• Active NY License Required
