✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s degree in Nursing with FNP or AGNP specialization
✔️ Active or eligible New York State NP license
✔️ National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
✔️ 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred
✔️ Strong assessment, diagnosis, and care planning skills
✔️ Proficiency in EHR systems and medication management
✔️ Excellent interpersonal communication and a patient-centered mindset
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage hospitalized patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe treatments
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
✔️ Educate patients and families on treatment, health management, and discharge planning
✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
✔️ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a positive team culture
