✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master's in Nursing (MSN)
✔️ Active NYS Nurse Practitioner license
✔️ Board Certification (Adult or Family NP)
✔️ Active Medicaid enrollment & valid NPI
✔️ Minimum 1 year NP experience
✔️ EHR proficiency
✔️ Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform physical exams and diagnostic assessments
✔️ Develop individualized treatment and care plans
✔️ Order and interpret lab work and imaging
✔️ Prescribe medications and treatments
✔️ Monitor ongoing patient progress
✔️ Educate patients and families on wellness and disease prevention
✔️ Collaborate with medical teams to deliver comprehensive care
