Job description
• 2-4 days/week
• DOT certified or willing to obtain the certification
• BWC for Ohio Certified- Most Occ Med providers are already signed up with this (Takes up to two weeks if not)
• Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri…7a-6p or 8a-5p…(sat 9-1) Saturday rotation 1:4
• MUST be comfortable suturing
• 10-25 patients a day
• EMR Agility
• 2-4 week credentialing
- Part time and Full time Oc Med Coverage at multiple locaitons throughout Ohio
- Must be DOT certified or willing to obtain the certification
- Must be comfortable with suturing
