• ASAP- ongoing
• Full time & PRN coverage needed
• Flexible Schedule:
o Visits will be between Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
o Will cover travel if working minimum 3 shifts per week
o 7a-7p shift time, prescheduled in-home health evaluations
• 6-9 visits daily
• Specific areas in need: Tulsa, Weatherford, Oklahoma City, McAlester, Lawton, Sallisaw, Enid, Durant, Ardmore, Altus, Woodard
• Credentialling timeframe: 2-3 weeks
