Job description

- Patients per day: 16
- EMR: EPIC
- 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations
- WA license required

• M-F, 8a-5p, 40hrs/week.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
• Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
