Job description

Family Practice NP Needed in Vancouver, WA:

Start Date: as soon as credentialed - should be able to start in around 4 weeks
Contract Length: 3 mo with option to extend
Schedule: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day, M-F
Outpatient ambulatory setting
Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
EMR: Epic

WA State license required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
