Job description

- Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to
- Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
- Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management. They may be caring for same day walk in patients.
- EMR: EPIC
- License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
- Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year. Must have face to face contact with PEDS patient within past year as well.

• Shift Details: M-F, 8a-5p, with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
• Will be scheduled to see up to 16 patients
• Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
