💼 Schedule: Per-Diem | 🕒 Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3 Days/Week)
💰 Pay: $32.12/hr

What You’ll Need:
✓ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✓ Active DE LPN license
✓ BLS and CPR certification
✓ 1+ year of experience in rehab, LTC, or acute care preferred
✓ Strong skills in EMR and clinical documentation
✓ Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented

What You’ll Do:
✓ Administer meds, treatments, and wound care
✓ Monitor vitals, document progress, and support recovery
✓ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians
✓ Educate patients and families on recovery plans
✓ Maintain accurate records and follow facility protocols
✓ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
