Location: Houlton, ME

Client covers: Flight, Lodging (client covers 50%), Mileage

Setting: FQHC

Credentialing: 30 days

Start: 7/21/25

LOA: Will accept 3-6-9-12 month contracts

Schedule: M-TH 7:30A-5:30P

Patient Volume: 10-15

Procedures: General Dentistry, Must see all ages, no complex procedures

EMR: Dentrix

Certifications: BC, DEA, BLS

Staff: 1 dental assistant on site, 2 hygiene rooms and 3 operatory's

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

4 10/hour shifts
Day shifts
No weekends
