✅ Qualifications
✔️ Accredited LPN program graduate
✔️ Active NH LPN license + BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year experience in SNF, rehab, or LTC
✔️ Skilled in med administration & wound care

✔️ Monitor vitals & patient conditions
✔️ Administer meds, treatments, and wound care
✔️ Collaborate with RNs & interdisciplinary teams
✔️ Document care using EHR
✔️ Support daily care and patient recovery
