Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations for a non-profit network of federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in New York City. This role ensures access to equitable, high-quality healthcare by overseeing nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and driving initiatives that align with the organization’s mission of serving underserved communities.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
Licensure/Certifications:
Active New York RN license.
Must have a current NYS Infection Control Certificate and BCLS Completion Card
Must have a Current Child Abuse Certificate
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Experience: Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, cultural competency, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Passion for health equity and community advocacy.
