Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 per year (based on experience)

We’re hiring a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a dynamic, patient-focused multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn and Queens. This is a full-time opportunity with an integrative care model and room for professional growth. Bilingual Spanish or Russian speakers and new graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State NP License
✔️ Certification: Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
✔️ Language: Must be bilingual in Spanish or Russian
✔️ Experience: New grads welcome; ENT or primary care experience is a plus
✔️ Technical Skills: EHR fluency, primary care diagnostics & treatment planning
✔️ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and flexibility

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct physical exams and review patient histories
✔️ Develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs
✔️ Order, interpret, and act on lab and diagnostic results
✔️ Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Administer medications and perform treatments
✔️ Educate patients and families on health maintenance
✔️ Collaborate with providers across multiple specialties
